General Laundry
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM. We allow you to start washing as late as 10 pm and stay until you are finished folding your laundry.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are made securely online.
Our wash house is fully attended and always has at least one or more attendants to help you.
All of our Continental washing machines are 400G machines. This is not common at most laundromats. Our 400G machines spin out so much of the water that it takes far less time in the dryer.
We utilize high-quality commercial laundering products; you can choose either Tide or Free & Clear detergent at no extra charge.
We’re more than happy to accommodate special requests! Just inform us when you drop off your laundry, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your needs.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
If you don't specify, we typically hang the more formal items like collared shirts and slacks. Then we protect them in a clear plastic garment bag. We'll fold everything else and package it for your protection. Please let us know if you want something specific hung up.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the day after we pick them up.
Yes, if you prefer to use your own product, let us know during scheduling and we will accommodate your request.
We will bill your credit card. Your card will only be charged once your laundry is completed and weighed.

No, no need to be home for pickup or delivery, just leave us a note where to pickup your laundry bag or where to place!
You will receive text reminders on the day of your scheduled pickup to assist you in remembering. However, if you forget to leave your laundry out, we will apply a $15.00 missed pickup fee to cover our operational costs.
No, and you have the option to cancel or suspend your account whenever you like.
If you signed up for a pickup and need to cancel, please do so before 5 AM on the morning of your scheduled pickup day to avoid any missed pickup fees. To cancel, go to your account, click on "my activity," select your recent order, and then click on "cancel."
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. We are always attended.
Our minimum for fluff and fold is a 13 pound order.
Your laundry will typically be ready for pick-up within 24 hours. For same-day service, drop off your laundry by 3:00 PM, and it will be ready by the end of the day.
