How do I schedule a laundry service?
Create an account - Enter your contact information, select your services, and set your cleaning preferences.

What should I use to pack my clothes for the first pickup?
For your first order, please place your clothes in a disposable bag for our drivers to pick up. Please avoid sending your laundry in hamper or on hangers - both can be damaged in transport. When we return your clean laundry, we will include your personalized laundry bags. You can stuff them full at your convenience for future orders.

How long does it take to get my laundry back?
After your scheduled pickup day, our standard turnaround is before the end of next day!

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No, no need to be home for pickup or delivery, just leave us a note where to pickup your laundry bag or where to place!

Can I provide my own detergent and/or fabric softener?
Yes, if you prefer to use your own product, let us know during scheduling and we will accommodate your request.

Do I need to separate my white and colors?
No, we sort for you! All wash and fold laundry is sorted multiple ways for washing – meaning your whites are never washed with colors.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are made securley online.

I accidentally forgot to set my clothes out for pickup. Is there a fee for a missed pickup?
You will receive text reminders on the day of your scheduled pickup to assist you in remembering. However, if you forget to leave your laundry out, we will apply a $15.00 missed pickup fee to cover our operational costs.

What is the cost of your service?
Pricing is straightforward. Regular reocurring customers pay $2.00 per pound, while one-time requests are charged at $2.30 per pound. Large bedding items are billed individually. Click here for a complete price list.

How do I cancel my service?
If you signed up for a pickup and need to cancel, please do so before 5 AM on the morning of your scheduled pickup day to avoid any missed pickup fees. To cancel, go to your account, click on "my activity," select your recent order, and then click on "cancel."

Is there a contract or any long-term commitment required?
No, and you have the option to cancel or suspend your account whenever you like.

How will I be billed when I submit my order?
We will bill your credit card. Your card will only be charged once your laundry is completed and weighed.
